Join the team with the “right care, right here” attitude. 170+ bed community hospital in a coastal community is seeking a Nurse Manager of the ICU to join their management team. Wonderful Director and solid staff to welcome you to this exceptional facility.
As the Nurse Manager of ICU you will be responsible and accountable for the daily operations of your unit. Report to Director of Telemetry and ICU. The perfect candidate will have experience in Open Heart and be able to lead the team when the new Open Heart Unit is opened in Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor. New ICU unit will open in next couple of years, giving a lot of growth potential. Day shift, but candidate must be willing to be flexible to come in when needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an acute care facility
3 years Charge Nurse experience
License Required: Current Texas Nurse Licensure. Current BCLS and ACLS
