ER Trauma Nurse Manager
Fuld Campus

As a part of Mercer County’s only Level II Trauma Center, you’ll join a team that tackles aggressive care for the area’s largest facility, including 24 beds plus 4 fast-track beds. Our modern unit is the regional referral center for Mercer County, adjacent parts of Somerset, Hunterdon, Burlington and Middlesex counties, and nearby areas of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a large, dynamic Level II trauma unit
* Lead a team of 50+ support and seasoned professional staff
* Work with great support staff, including 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and a unit-dedicated Nurse Educator
* Guide care for a diverse patient population, including trauma and crisis management

Requirements:

* 5 years of management experience in an ER or trauma area
* Emergency management experience is an asset
