We are currently searching for experienced nurses who desire to work in an acute hospital setting. This role includes the opportunity to independently perform critical tasks in assessing, initiating, monitoring, and terminating treatment allowing our nurses the autonomy that isn't offered in many other types of nursing environments.
Are you the one?
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
1) Licensed RN in the state of practice.
2) One year experience as an RN. Prefer experience in chronic hemodialysis. Will train non-dialysis RN's in some cases. CNN desirable.
3) Current BLS certification.
4) Demonstrated ability to work independently, to utilize sound decision-making skills.
5) Demonstrated clear and compassionate communication skills.
