CLINICAL TEAM MANAGER
LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan

As a Clinical Team Manager will create and maintain all relevant clinical project documents, and tools pertinent to the phase of the study, ensuring compliance with company, applicable regulatory and customer requirements. You will need to ensure consistent implementation of PRA methodologies during the different phases of the study.
You will serve as primary liaison and primary point of escalation for clinical activities and team issues, interacting with clients, vendors and other PRA functional areas. You will work with the Project Manager to build and foster the client relationship and provide data as required for clinical performance metrics and project status metrics - applying and drawing conclusions between project activities/deliverables and project metrics and initiating measure to improve metrics. You will liaise with Clinical Operations Managers to resolve resource and performance issues and contribute to Business Development activities participating in proposals and bid defenses as needed.
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution or a licensed health-care professional (i.e., registered nurse). You will have substantial experience using computerised information systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CTMS. You will have thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and an awareness of local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug research and development required. You must have a considerable amount of experience in clinical research with experience of managing clinical projects.

Our Client
The world’s leading provider in personal care and home care products is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their enthusiastic team
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong professional relationship and rapport with dental practitioners and staff, as well as community health administrators and hospitals
- Develop in-depth knowledge on each dental office account and implements specific account contact strategies
- Within the assigned territory influences dental practitioners and their staff to personally use, display and actively recommend Colgate products
- Continually reviews account lists and generates creative leads to increase account penetration directly or in collaboration with partner dental distributor representatives
- Develop and executes detailing plans for driving increased product usage, recommendations and sales within existing and new accounts
- Implement planned sales, marketing and promotional activities to ensure product sales
Requirements:
- High Dip/Degree is required. (Life Science education and Nurse experience is preferred)
- Prior field sales experience of 1 to 2 years in an oral care, pharmaceutical or consumer goods company preferred
- Experience working in oral health care is a plus
- Good in English speaking and writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
