We seek an outgoing professional to fill a new Trainer position in our Dallas, TX office. The chosen candidate will be involved with development and administration of our Evercare Community Care model in our Dallas/Fort Worth locations. This unique role offers the chance to implement a new training program and gain valuable experience with an industry leader.

Key responsibilities of this Trainer include:
Developing training materials and planning the delivery of these materials
Ensuring continuous improvement of our Community Care Models
Administering training via teleconferences, in person and web casts
Providing occasional one-on-one training
Ensuring that quality of care and performance standards are implemented and monitored according to specifications
Ensuring implementation of product and audit results
Providing project and product support
This person must be a licensed RN in the state of Texas. Clinical experience is a must. Previous Medicare/Medicaid experience is required for this role, as is prior training or teaching experience. Home care experience is preferred. A managed care background would be ideal. Proficiency with MS Office is essential. Polished presentation skills are important.
