Parklands Rehabilitation & Nursing, a 120-bed SNF located in Gainesville, is seeking a seasoned RN to join our team as a RN Supevisor



As a RN Unit Supervisor you will be responsible for the coordination of administrative, clincial and supervisory functions for a defined resident population within the designated Nursing Unit.

7-3 + 3-11 Shifts available

REQUIREMENTS:


• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Licensed Nurse

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a comparable environment

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.




* Ability to operate autonomously and exercise independent judgment

* Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills





* Nursing management experience highly desirable
