Job Description
WARDE HEALTH CENTER
. . . HEAL, COMFORT, AND EMPOWER . . .
* ADON / STAFF DEVELOPMENT RN
* PER DIEM RN
Primary function of both positions is to assist in the management of the daily operations in providing the highest standards of care for our residents and education for our dedicated staff.
* Must have at least 3 years experience in long term care setting
* Experience as a nurse manager, ADON, and/or staff development coordinator.
* Knowledge of State/Federal regulations.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
The WARDE HEALTH CENTER is a 28 bed skilled nursing facility, as well as, a 26 unit Assisted Living facility located on the grounds of the Searles Castle. The center is owned by the Sisters of Mercy and Operated by New Hampshire Catholic Charities.
The WARDE HEALTH CENTER is committed to excellent care of our residents, has a caring staff dedicated to the ideals of our mission to 'heal, comfort and empower'. We are DEFICIENCY FREE for the past 6 years.
*Warde Health Center is also developing our per-diem staff for RN's, LPN's, and LNA's.
