We’re looking for an RN, Psychiatric RN, LCSW, LCPC or PsyD to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. The Clinical Trainer will assess learning needs to the clinical staff and develop, deliver and coordinate training and education programs. Key responsibilities of the Clinical Trainer include:
* Developing a clinical training curriculum for staff
* Becoming the subject matter expert on several clinical systems
* Teaching and educating staff on the clinical systems
* Updating the staff on any system changes
* Working with the management and training team
Minimum requirements include:
* Training experience, preferably in a clinical setting
* Experience designing, developing and implementing a training curriculum
* Licensure as an RN, Psychiatric RN, LCSW, LCPC or PsyD
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates who also possess one or more of the following will be preferred:
* Project management experience
* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
* A background in managed care
* Skills in MS Visio and Project
