An internal promotion has prompted the search for an RN with experience managing a team to take on the promising role of Manager of Clinical programs in our Wauwatosa, WI office. Primary responsibilities of the Manager of Clinical Programs, RN include:

* Managing 2 custom RN teams
* Interviewing, hiring and conducting performance reviews for the teams
* Assessing training and coaching needs; providing one-on-one coaching/mentoring as needed
* Handling the day-to-day operations and functioning as the Subject Matter Expert
* Handling escalated issues when needed
* Building and maintaining customer relationships
* Running weekly metric reports to ensure goals are met
* Auditing the work of the RNs and providing quality assurance feedback
* Implementing company changes and participating in company meetings
* Presenting these changes to the RNs



The requirements for this role are as follows:

* An RN with a current and unrestricted license in their state of residence
* Substantial experience supervising a team
* A background coaching/mentoring others
* Solid MS Office proficiency
* A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
* Excellent communication skills

Additional assets include:

* A background in the health insurance industry
* Good presentation skills
* Solid MS Access proficiency
* CCS experience (internals only)
